Van does a great job on pedicures and eyebrow/underarm waxes. I've been going to her for years and not only am I consistently pleased with her work, but I get a lot of compliments outside of the shop. Mai gives the best facial I've ever had.

My first few pedicures here were okay, nothing special but they were fine. The last one was terrible. A man did it, and everything he did was like a soft motion, which did nothing. Cuticles he would just touch my toe with the tool, scrubbing he would just brush over my foot. Then we got to the massage and he just dug into the bottom of my foot in the same place. Never ever going back, it was such an uncomfortable experience.

I have been getting a no-chip manicure here for quite some time. I make an appointment and have never been disappointed. Most importantly, the end result looks professional and stays on for two weeks. Perfect!
