I will NEVER go back to this place, EVER...!!!!! Sad thing is, I had read some of the reviews before I went, and had disregarded them... Unfortunately, for me, I was in a rush, but, they were ALL accurate...!!!!! Not only, is the entire staff rude AND ignorant, the nails I left with, most certainly were NOT worth the TIME or MONEY spent there...!!!!!! I had to LITERALLY draw a picture of the "design" I wanted on my nails, because they were COMPLETELY CLUELESS...!!!! Now when you see just how SIMPLE it was, maybe you'll understand my frustration...!!! Every one of the women there, we're either on their phones, or they were "customer bashing", when frankly, they should've been using that time to "clean" the pigsty they call a nail salon... I was just completely appalled by my entire experience..!!! The "manager", KNEW I was PISSED, because I did NOT get what I wanted and asked for, and still did absolutely NOTHING to even TRY to make it right..?? If this is how you want to run a business, I would assume you won't be around much longer...!!!!! Thank goodness....!!!!
Anyway, here's a picture of what I wanted, (and these were done two or three days, AFTER I was there..!!!), that they couldn't seem to understand....even with a picture drawn for them...!?!?! Please know that I'm WAY OVERDUE for a fill, but I've been moving/traveling across the country and just haven't had time...

Racist place. I am a British Asian touring in US. Casually went in as my daughter likes nail art. They were so rude and loud with us whereas behaved friendly with other customers who seemed to look like white Americans clearly racist behaviour. Worst experience ever!!!
I would have given negative rating if there was!!!

This place is the absolute worse. They cut my daughters fingers.. and filed them so bad she had cuts all on the tops of her fingers.

The Nailery is an all around disgusting place. The staff are rude, and horrible, the sinks are filthy and unclean, and the service is atrocious. I paid $20 for a full set of acrylics, which at the time I thought was a great price (I would unfortunately be proven wrong). The woman who did my nails was, to be put quite simply, a wench. She didn't speak to me, but she was definitely speaking rudely about me in her language to her receptionist buddy. She didn't do my nails at all how I asked. She did them how she felt she wanted them. I asked for long, blue, coffin nails, I got short, blue, half square half circle nails. I came back to ask for a refund after being given an infection from her disgusting establishment, and she called me a liar and a begger in front of her customers. I will never return to this horrendous, repulsive salon (if you can even call it that), and I will have everyone I know boycott the foul place.

She had a whole attitude and didn't care to hear my details on how I wanted my brows done. Then she didn't even put the oils that they're supposed to put on after waxing your eyebrows. So it itches after. Going back right now with my mom to cuss her out.
