If you want to go by one review, listen to this one. I was just like you, reading through the different results, trying to decide if this nail salon was a good choice. Let me just start off by saying no, this is not a good place to spend your $25+. The waiting time was fine for me, no more than 10 minutes, but while I was getting my nails done I noticed other costumers waiting for 30+ minutes. At first Ken did my toes while Lisa did my cousins toes. We got the exact same thing, but Lisa took 5 minutes, applying 3 sloppy and clumpy coats, while Ken took about 20. After that we had asked for a fill. For me, the fill itself was not horrible, but my cousins was the worst I had ever seen. They had ruined her coffin shape and created a wonky, crooked, shape due to Lisa rushing to get it done. The paint was by far the worst, the polish was sticky and old to the point that no amount of polish thinner could fix (trust me, they tried). My cousins’s was done so quickly that they kept bumping into it, and piling on more old polish. My nails looked like mountains. They were bubbly and not smooth at all. It cost us $55 dollars. We were so upset that we went to the Sally’s and got our own supplies to do our nails for $8 and they turned out so much better than the “professionals”. I gave them 2 stars because the staff was kind and interactive with other customers (with the exception of them making fun of my choice of nail color) all and all, don’t go and expect any sort of professional nail work.

Kim is my go to girl here. She does an amazing job on my pedicure all the time. I would never really want to go anywhere else for a pedi. I prefer my nails done elsewhere because I like the dip but for pedi's, this place is the bomb! Kim gives the BEST leg massage ever!

They did a decent job on my nails but they had poor communication about pricing. When I was in the middle of the pedicure he told me it would be $25 and only $10 for my nails and when I went to check out it was $75. I had gone in mentioning I didn’t want a manicure I just wanted the polish and they still went ahead and did the manicure. I’m very annoyed I would pay $75 for a good manicure and pedicure but not for the one I received.

Staff was nice so I give them that..
however, I will not be back. Nails were crooked, paint job was sloppy. I don’t remember the name of the guy who did my nails, but he didn’t was not gentle. I’ve never had a physical painful manicure before. Nails only lasted a few days before they started coming off at the base of the nail. Going to another salon tomorrow to see what they can do. Save your money!
