I’m a local and I’ve given this salon numerous chances to redeem themselves but I have always left disappointed. This was the worst one yet. I only got my nails done a WEEK AGO (as you can see there isn’t too much of a gap between the nails and the cuticle). My nails have already fallen off. Mind you, I asked for coffin nails - these look regular. And then... the lady charged me $50 for the whole service which is fine. I wanted to add a small tip because I wasn’t happy with what she did to my nails. Though I left the salon and checked my bank account to see she charged me $62. I would be fine with $62 if she did a good job but this was so bad. The nail prep was obviously not good, the shape is clearly very bad and the nail job is lumpy. Wtf is this

I've been here a few times before and the service was ok. On this visit though the lady started removing my nails and told me afterwards that her credit card machine was down. Well I just so happened to be paying with my cc when then lady tries to tell me to go to the atm to withdraw money to pay. Again I explain that i was paying with a cc and she just stopped doing my nails right then. I had to ask her to coat the nail that she had removed the acrylic from and to file the other nails that she had cut down cuz they were jagged and I have a small baby. I gave them only two 🌟 for their lack of concern for the customer when it was their own fault that they didn't tell me that the cc machine was not working.

Nail tech was rude and unprofessional. Been a while since I've witnessed service this bad!!! Will never place a toe in this establishment again as there are plenty more options ten times better than this place.

They know how to paint nails however my nail technician did not know how to properly do a checkered design

i like to do my nails and something else in they give you good treatment. I go there when my nails need something.
