I wish I never went and can rate them 0. My nails got infected and I'm reporting them to the board of health. They drilled too deep in my nails when removing my powder/dip set and caused my nails to go green. And the kicker is that the girl next to me had green nails too!!! When I asked for a gift card for a manicure for my troubles, which costs 15.00, they were only willing to give me a 10.00 gift card...Terrible management. They post in the store to let them know how the service was and my experience was horrendous and they wouldn't even compensate me. Anywhere is better than here. THEY ARE SO EXPENSIVE TOO!!! Not worth it. Go accross the plaza instead.

I have been coming here for over a year to see Kate. She always listens to exactly what I want and is very meticulous. She always makes sure I look like a hand and foot model when I leave. I have a crazy work schedule and she always accommodates me. I recommend her to all my family and friends. I love coming here, the staff is always pleasant and the salon clean. :)

Great experience! I tried dipped nails for the first time and couldn't be happier. Three weeks later and they're still in great shape. Sam was pleasant and paid great attention to every detail.

I had the dip done the first time i went there and it didn't last me the 3 weeks they promised it would.
I was told that it was because my nails grow with a slight curve upwards. Which they do but i've never had that problem before with acrylics so i opted to have acrylics done instead on my second visit.
I was very happy with the shape and look of my nails when i left the salon but 4 days later, they started breaking.
I was very surprised to find out they use very low quality products considering how expensive their prices are!
The salon is beautiful and they seem to be consistently busy so I thought I would get my money's worth but I was wrong!
Would not recommend!

I have enjoyed going here for many years. I had Kate today for mani/pedi and she was great! Took her time to do an excellent job! Kate is awesome!!
