I can’t say enough. So kind, considerate, and experienced. Jack was so helpful and informative — and he knows hair. He quickly assessed what would work for me, trimmed and thinned the wig, and I’m very happy. Two friends — who would be honest with me — were also tremendously impressed. What a blessing to have this service.
To follow up: I’ve worn my wig a few times (I still enjoy just a cap, as well...), and have received very affirming comments from both friends and strangers. Most can’t believe it’s a wig, and one even asked if my hair had grown back already. I am so grateful that Jack and Zac offer this invaluable service, and my confidence has sky-rocketed. In addition, Jack offered some makeup tips for going forward — also much appreciated! His experience and compassion with chemo patients is obvious.

Highly recommend. Everything was great. Just got wig ,scarves, etc today and I couldn't be more pleased both with the products and the staff. Very pleasant and caring. Thank you for making a bad day a good day.

Although I consider them to be expensive, this is THE best wig shop around! I have shopped in Omaha and on-line. None of them compare to the quality, care and post purchase customer service provided by Studio 409.

Studio 409 will hold a special place in my heart! We received the best care and Jack Morlan was a Amazing to work with! And an added bonus he was originally from our 'Old Stomping' In Southeast Iowa!

I have been going to Zac for almost 10 years for haircuts. Always been a great experience. His attention to detail is appreciated but his customer service keeps me coming back.
