They said a price, then charge us more i rather go to andy's nails afew blocks down , they refused to give us a recipt, wondering if its legal?

When doing my toe nail the lady hurt it amd my toes bleed a little it hurts. And then i felt like they're talkimg about me in their own language. Also whem they did my hand they dis pass me upto 3 people just to do my nail then while nail filing it. The skin under my nail bleed and have cuts. The lady who do answers the phone was very rude. I hate this place.
