Wouldn’t even give 1 star. I came here 2 days ago, i had been years before when the old owners were there however there are new owners for the shop. I went in wanting to soak off my old set and get a fresh set. There was only ONE nail tech that knew how to do nails. I waited forever for her to soak my nails. She rushed on my fill in and didn’t even take off all of the old acrylic before she placed new acrylic on top.. so basically my nails look lifted and not flat bc of the old acrylic. Very displeased, i wouldn’t recommend going. They rush to get you out of the shop.

Unfortunately TODAY is my bday, and I was not happy with my 1 hour and 45min wait high prices and tho cute as a button the baby screaming and crying made me cry and i almost lost it...... so no not happy at all

I have been going here since moving to Essex in November and after trying 2 other places. I honestly enjoy the owner, Lena, who always does my nails very good and you can't beat the great atmosphere.

My mother and I came here for a pedicure and acrylic nails and we've been here over 3 hours. I've been coming here for years and this was the last. She rushed to finish my nails and my thumbnail is lifted from the way she rushed to finish them. The space between the nails is open to infection now. So I do not recommend coming here. I never will again!!!!!!!

The worst experience ever.! I had been coming here with my mom for a couple of years and the last time we went was before New Year’s Eve. Heineken was by himself, he had no employees because everyone leaves. Nobody wants to work there. He is awful, complete rude and disrespectful. My mom told him something jokingly because he always jokes around with everyone and he got in her face and told her that she wasn’t his mother, to just sit there and be quiet. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to this place. They should be shut down anyways. Horrible nails that break and start chipping in less than a week, disgusting facilities and my mother had a pedicure done before and she got a really bad fungus on her feet from dirty utensils. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE TO GET ANY KIND OF SERVICE.!
