I have lived here almost 2 years and I cannot say enough good things about the Camden Staff! They ALWAYS go above and beyond to assist and serve and truly care about their residents! I want to personally thank Carly for being so AMAZING!! You guys truly are the best and a great place to live!!

Camden Boca Raton is a place that can lease apartments with an amazing experience. This experience is something they cant maintain once you finally move in. Their custom service and maintenance of the building is far below what you'd expect for the price. One of many examples is the grills are barley in working order as the starters don't work. Despite multiple request to fix the starters and a leak in the burners nothing has been done. Camden Boca Raton is a beautiful community that has nice amenities/living spaces but you simply don't get what you pay for.

Recently stayed at Camden apartments with a family member. We loved the layout of the apartment. Couldn’t believe how The grounds were so pretty and clean. Anthony had told us where to go to eat shop and Relax all within walking distance! He is definitely an asset to your Company!! Can’t wait to visit again !!

I've been a resident here for sometime and the building has gone down the drain. Beyond the countless messages on the resident board about poor maintenance and thefts, there has been several dangerous felony thefts, burglaries, etc. all within secure areas of the building. Check out the screenshots, it's gotten really pathetic. The dog park is usually disgusting and filled with poop. They use an aggressive towing company that has horrible reputation and quickly boots. I saw a car booted by the same company in a handicap spot in the bank building next door and the car had a handicap sticker. It shows you the due diligence the company runs on other companies, can you imagine the residents? The staff while nice and friendly most of the time are really concerned only with limiting liability and whenever you have an issue are quickly more concerned with covering themselves and quickly are not so nice and friendly, if you get what I'm saying. I've seen it countless time and sadly most good neighbors just up and move because rent isn't cheap and competition is high, especially in the last year with all the new buildings that were built. No one cares to deal with subpar service and leave. The staff onsite are glorified leasing agents as the manager and most management is offsite. The building has really went down the tube in the last few months since the new offsite manager took over. I'm sure it's more a corporate restructure but follow most current residents and look elsewhere. I'd give zero stars if I could but 1 is the lowest, too bad

My husband and I love living at the Camden Apartments in Boca Raton! Luxury apartment living close to everything! We walk everywhere - to the grocery store, to dinner (so many amazing restaurants to choose from), and the BEACH! We have done our research in the area and this complex is THE BEST! Closets are spacious, nice in apartment finishes make it feel very contemporary, clean, and upscale, and I can’t forget to mention the garden style tub - it is awesome! We have lived here for one year in a 1/1 w/ DEN and will be upgrading to a 2/2 the beginning of March.
The staff here at Camden are always polite and professional. Carly is amazing and super helpful. She is our go to girl for everything! And Chris is on any request we have as soon as we submit it! The rest of the on-site team does an excellent job of keeping the grounds clean and homey. We literally feel like we live at a resort (It does help that our current and future apartment balcony area overlook the pool area 😍).
We are so grateful and happy to call Camden our home!
