I have walked by this shop many times and was impressed by the instagram account. HOWEVER, I ordered three bundles online. Shipping was okay, I never really got an update but the bundles did come within a few weeks. I got them installed and was extremely disappointed with the quality. The hair was SO thin, I actually had to thin my own hair (the leave out) so it would blend in with how thin the actual extensions were. I got three....count em...three bundles and was told by people that it looked like I only had one in. After two days of being unable to look at myself in the mirror, I ended up taking them out myself. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of these extensions, given the price I paid for them.

The stylist was friendly she did a amazing job I love my 360 unit and install. I have to inquire about the glue she used it's amazing I sweat and it didn't lift like others

My very 1st time I got my hair done there. I was excited bc it was my 1st time getting bundles in my hair. Purchased the hair right then & there. I still had a weave in so the the hair dresser took my hair out for me, mind you I thought I was getting my hair washed inside the salon NOT!! I went to another salon to get my hair washed n set when I was done I went back to Victoria salon & as I was getting my hair done. The hair dresser did not know WTH she was doing she tried to do a sew in EPIC FAILED. To make a long story short I went back a few days later to either get my money back or have the stylist fix my sew in. Didn't get my money back after weeks going back n fourth with the girl I said let me take a lost on over 300$ Me & the stylist got into it. Never ever have I been back in that salon & I'm glad & sorry that other clients had to go through this! Oh & I got the straight hair & it was very thin & the only only good part that the hair was less shed. Very , very bad service.

I purchased a wig from Victoria during her wig sale and when i got it the hair felt really soft so i was pleased. It wasn’t until i had the wig sewed on these i noticed the ends of the hair was very madeted and i never wet it and had it less than a month.
The hair sheds very badly and the wig is really thin.
I’m so unhappy with this purchase and it’s my first wig purchase and definitely my last from her

UPDATE: I finally received the wig I ordered on 11/21 on 1/28 and it’s horrible. The wig and the closure are two different curl patterns, there is hot glue on the hair, She overly plucked my part and the hair is just plain stale. I called to let let know I was unsatisfied and she just responded by telling me to email customer service- and of course they don’t respond. I will NEVER order hair from this place again.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! This place has theeeee worst customer service, ever. Please believe all the negative reviews and take caution before buying. If you look at the picture closely, the ONE positive review is Victoria, the owner of the shop! My sister ordered a wig online on October 27th, today is December 8th, and to this day she has not received the wig, just a tracking number that says the wig is still Brooklyn. Fast forward, we decided to take advantage of her Black Friday sale and ordered two wigs on November 21st. In the store, they assured us that the wigs would come in 7-10 business days and that she would send the tracking information via email. Again, to this day, no wigs, no tracking number. Every time I call they rush me off the phone saying it shipped and are very unresponsive to email, sending quick responses but not answering the questions that address my concerns. Of course they don’t give refunds 🙄 At this point, this shop has enough of my money tied up to pursue legal action and file a small claim against the business- not because I want to tear a young black woman down, because I’m rooting for everybody black, but because she should not be able to continue to run her business in a manner which is complety disrespectful to her customers. So sad!
