Nhu the hair stylist is amazing, with cut and color. Been going for 4 years now. Only wish I found her sooner. And it's one stop shop. Toes and nails also.... Love Tina for that but everyone is good.

Great place for hair and nails. Mrs Nhu is a whiz with my somewhat unmanageable hair. The pedicures are nice; they have the latest equipment.

I have been going to this owner/ hair stylist for years. At the beginning things were great. She was a great stylist and colorist. As years have gone by, her abilities as a hair stylist/colorist have deteriorated. There have been countless times I've gone in and had to go in on a second appt because she got the color wrong. A have been in tears a few of those times from sheer frustration.
Recently she has raised her prices considerably. I could understand that if she was perfect everytime, but that is not the case.
My last visit was last week. I went in for color and highlights. My appt was at 930 but had to wait on her finishing someone else so my appt didn't start 1000am. I was already getting frustrated but was hopeful. She put on the color which looked really dark. Then washed that out and applied the red highlights. I like a lot of highlights all through my hair. I've been getting this for years.
After being there for 3 hours, she blew it dry and guess what? You couldn't even see the highlights. She has done this before. Plus my hair was a very dark shade of brown which I never get. She knew she made a huge mistake but of course as always, here come the excuses. And she told me I had to come in next week for her to redo the red highlights.
Great, another wasted day.
But of course she gave me her new inflated price of 130.00 and I didn't even get a perfect job plus had to wait 30 minutes for my appt to start.
This is the LAST time I will be going to this stylist. By the way, her name is Nu.
Think twice before going to this salon for hair care. She is definitely not worth it.

Went here for the first time I changed my hair color. Stylist burnt my scalp so badly with the hair dryer that I was bleeding. I was scared to get my hair done for several years after that. She pretended nothing happened and kept trying to get me to quit fussing. Still tipped well, but didn't seem like the staff cared much about the customers.
