Well stocked and clean. We were there late with a full cart. Only self check open. Self scanning would have taken forever. An on the ball associate saw a plight and said she'd take care if us, and she did! Thank you!

Couldn't cash my check. I have cashed numerous checks with no problem. I got mad because they need a better system. The customer service people were nice. The customer service manager was very nice. He tried everything. Wal-Mart needs to fix their system so this doesn't happen. Normally no issues but this caused a huge issue. I had bills for the rest of the week until my next check. And going here on the weekend? A joke. There are too many people and they will walk all over you and everything. I will never come here on a weekend again. I will do pickups or delivery because that was a joke. And I first started going here when I moved put here in January. I never see managers anywhere. I mean who runs this place? You managers are leaving the employees to handle your dirty work. Krogers managers walk around constantly to help. Pathetic. Period.
