The nails are bomb, the service could have been better for the price tag.
My technician listened to what I wanted and executed the nail vision I had. I could tell that the nail tech wasn't very experienced but they delivered! I would like to get my nails done by them again.
Unfortunately, my experience was tainted by the owner who was very argumentative with my friend. After seeing that this place is black-owned we were so excited to patron the salon, but as soon as my friend entered the salon, the salon owner was breaking all kinds of service etiquette. The owner did not confirm what my friend wanted when she arrived, handed her the wrong swatch set, cut her nails so short she was in pain, picked up personal calls during the pedicure and was extremely hostile. It honestly felt like she wanted to have a fight in the salon which made us feel unsafe which is unacceptable.
I had regular expectations (decent service, and decent nails) and we only received decent nails. I think I would go again at some point in the future if I could get the same technician and the owner wasn't there.

I was greeted with who I believe was the owner and she was very nice, warm and professional. But I waited half past my appointment time and the lady who did my nails was ok just not really friendly. The next day some of the tip of my nail broke off followed by another. For the price I just expected it to last longer.

Not great customer service or experience. The tools used hadn’t been sanitized and the technician did not seem happy to be there. She was talented though because my nails look great, but wish the rest of the experience matched.

I really wanted to get my nails done at this nail salon coming from Baltimore, MD. However, I got their 2 hours before closing and no space available. Next time I’ll book in advance. Support black owned business. Stay blessed.

Very gentle and amazing polish selection...chair are wide and lower for the hip or knee challenged. Owner was present on this visit🌟👌🏾🌟👌🏾
