I came to this place yesterday after work , I paid for a 25$ regular pedicure & as I was drying my feet under the dryer the lady wanted me to pay , so to not get my feet messed up I gave her my card , she came back with a 25$ receipt I needed to sign , I signed it and when I was done I left and said thank you . I look on my transactions on my card a day later & for “ hip hop nails “ I have a charge for 30$. They took 5$ from me & left me in the negative. DO NOT GO TO HIPHOP NAILS . They will hear from me tomorrow.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend to go to hip hop nails . I literally had them on for a week and up until now they are continuously coming off , my frost nail broke nearly 2 days after I got them done and I just waited to see if any others would fall off and sure enough... very disappointed cause they where cute 🤦🏾♀️

They did an ok job. I felt a little cheated that the person getting a pedicure next to me was getting the works while I barely got any love. She was still getting scrubbed on meanwhile they finished my pedicure and dip manicure. They also did not soak of my old dip nails, but they just shoved a file under them to rip them off. Otherwise, my nails came out ok.

Went in today and got pampered! Henry hooked me up with a beautiful ombre full set me and my other half got pedis, his first and he loved it! And I also got my eyebrows waxed. I'm so happy I finally found MY nail lab! Thank you guys!

Please don't waste your time and money. I paid for a manicure and pedicure and the young man was rushing through to get to the next person. I literally had take the cleaning tool and clean my toes properly. And when I told the young man to make corrections he was not responsive. I work too hard for poor service...Never again
