The ONLY place to ever get your nails done. David Fowler is remarkable! Been doing mine for 35 years. At one point I lived in Elizabeth City, N.C. and drove every 3 weeks for my nail appt. I wouldn't let anyone else EVER touch my nails. He uses superior products. And is uber skilled at this.
