I had been looking for a good salon and heard from a friend how great La Navi Nails is, and I was not disappointed. My nails look so beautiful and the service was excellent! The vibe of the salon is very warm and friendly as well. This will absolutely be my go-to from now on.

Deserves 0 stars. Came here once by recommendation and never will again. The price was reasonable yes, but my nails were all different lengths thick and not appealing at all. I asked her ( the Owner) to fix the lengths right after I noticed how off they were she seemed annoyed and semi filed one of them like that made a difference. She then did the worst job painting them I’m talking my 7 year old would have done better. She didn’t bother to clean the nail polish off the skin to fix the errors either. She then asked me to sit at the “dryer.” As I’m sitting there I realize it’s not plugged in and my nails aren’t getting dryed. I mentioned this to her as she walked by only to get shrugged off. The lady sitting across from my at the “dryer” stated she doesn’t ask them why it’s not plugged in she just sits there. It was beyond disappointing. She also charged my card on a cash register that was laying on the floor... yea, It was a scetchy place I don’t recommend this nail salon unless you want to waste your time and money.

Seemed like the price went up per sentence of communication. I really think they're a bit racist as far as providing quality service to African-Americans. I mean I was charged more than $40 for a pedi and there was still crag on my feet . . . Will only go there again as a last resort.

My nails were JACKED, I’m talking crooked, bubbly, chipped easily, and one popped off after two days. The lady would stop working on my nails to answer the phone and then work on another customer then come back to me. If you don’t have enough staff for your amount of clientele maybe don’t take walk-ins.
