Overpriced and they don’t do or use the implements correctly. I hold my cosmetologist license and I’m well aware of the order they’re suppose todo everything. They don’t shape nails correctly and they barley used any glue so that they brake quicker. My nails don’t look horrible but they would clip my cuticles beforehand saying it was apart of a different by service but managed to get paint all over them. Also they managed to burn me several times when filing down the nails. My nails are FLAT. They’re suppose appear round when looking at them from the end of the nails and in fact they are straight. I suppose if your looking for a half ass job I would recommend them but if you’re looking for something that looks good and with people who take their time I would keep looking.

They do an okay job on your nails but always feel like a "number instead of a customer. Usually go to Perfect Nails in Bethlem Exchange strip.

Always have had a good experience there. They are fair priced and plenty of staff and chairs. Clean store and very nice staff. They are careful to make sure your time there is a pleasure, if you do have a bad experience make sure you let owner's know, they will take care of it.
Only issue I have is with the TV. It's never working correctly and no close caption. I'd rather have relaxing music playing anyhow, that would be much better.

Absolutely love LV. I used to go to the place across the way (won’t name names), and as their quality got worse and worse, and prices got higher and higher for the same thing, I gave LV a shot despite some bad reviews.
I am in LOVE with the place. Beautiful facility, great techs (Dan and Daniel are my go-to guys; they’re amazing), fantastic value (got a full set and gel for like $45, fill in and gel for $35 - plain old gel at the other salon is $30, full set is like $60-something, I believe), and they’re so well-done - not a chip, scratch, or crack on my nails after three weeks of being pretty rough with them. Still as beautiful as the day I got them. Techs will work with you on finding the perfect color and making your nails look exactly the way you want. Just be respectful of them and treat them well - I get the impression that other reviewers may not have. Making small talk and chatting, complimenting their work, goes a long way. They’re people, not nail robots.
But anyway, yes, amazing work, beautiful facility, great prices, wonderful techs - I’ll be very sad and hard pressed to find such a good place when I move away!

Closest nail salon to my house, so that’s where I’ve been going. This was my third time, and LAST time going. I wanted a pedicure and gel polish. The woman taking off my SNS kept telling me to get SNS and not gel. I told her three times I wanted gel. She was extremely rude and rolled her eyes right at me. (I almost left at this point) the girl doing the pedicure did great except for her two kids standing with her. I had worked all week and I left my child at home with my husband so I could have an hour to myself to RELAX. The kids were fighting and kept running to the back.. and their mom stopped what she was doing at least three times to go quiet them down. Very unprofessional and not a relaxing atmosphere at all. I can’t complain about the way my nails looked, but some of the people in that place are outright rude and that’s a deal breaker for me. That one woman ruined it for me.
