I go to the post office next door several times per week and I finally decided to stop into Star Nails the other day to see about getting my nails done with acrylics. I inquired about the price and if there was a wait. There was no wait and the price seemed average. Andy saw me right away. He finished my nails quickly and he did a very good job. They are all even and nearly perfect.
When I used to get my nails done at a different place years ago, they would always be too thick or too thin, they could never get them all exactly right. Andy did a great job and I am really satisfied. I plan to continue going here not only because it’s convenient but because I really like their work. I will update if anything changes :)

The nail artist I got today was Jason and he did wonderfully! I’m so happy! These are my favorite nails I’ve ever had. Love the shape and love the color!!!!! GYAH, I can’t stop looking at them! Hehe

Terrible experience. Had appointment they made me wait 20min. Rude technician. Could not understand my manicure only request. She did a crap job on the cuticle cutting and cut my finger, she just barely whispered sorry.. and kept moving. I said square file and she adds a round french tip?? Got upset when I asked for square french. I have told all my friends.. NEVER GO to Star Nails.. I work with lots of women, lost customers now.

Danger! Yesterday my daughter went to get her Gel X removed which Star Nails put on in the first place. The results are in the pics! When she called me crying in pain I immediately went there and the young man at the front desk was the most rude individual I have ever ever met in my 65 years on the planet! I showed him the pictures of her slaughtered nails and asked for her 15.00 back and he had the nerve to tell me I needed to bring her in because how did he know those were really here nails! Beyond pissed now I attempted to get a picture of their business license and the guy jumps up and blocks me! Tells me Tammy the manager will be in today 9/04/2024.
I called today and was told by the same unprofessional, rude guy that Tammy is not in today.
Mothers! Spare yourselves and your daughters. DO NOT go here!

So, I asked for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I noticed when the guy was doing my pedicure, it was a completely different color from my manicure. He told me I can pay 20 more dollars to get a gel pedicure so I can have the same color . however, in the beginning, they did not inform me I was not going to get the same colors.
When I told the man at the desk , he did not seem to care . I will not come back here again !!! I informed him that also , and he said - oh well- as if it is not a big deal !
Not to mention they are extremely overpriced!!
