Very rude and impersonal. Can't comment on the product because never got to experience that but customer service is awful.

my experience here was good, but outcome was terrible. i got my eyebrows waxed, and they put this "soothing" eyebrow swelling gel on it so the swelling would go down, and it ended up burning the area around my eyebrows. i have a wedding to go to tomorrow night and now i have scorched face. and i also got shellac french tips, like i have for the past forever, and two days later, theyre a light green color. and the tips are dark green. i am very unhappy and do not recommend their services to anyone.
