This is an amazing salon. I know they offer other amenities but I have not yet tried any of their facials or massages, Etc. I specifically go there to see Kim Smith who has been doing my hair for well over 10 years. The receptionist are always polite and I have never had a problem with anybody working there. It is extremely hard to get in with Kim, but that is just because she is a really good hair stylist.

Best service and most friendly staff...! Have brought my daughters here for years. They wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else...

THIS PLACE INJURED ME!
I am now seventeen weeks into a strained neck injury caused by Kim Morro, the masseuse at this place. I started physical therapy for this injury about nine weeks ago, and when I told my physical therapist what Kim did (without asking me first, Kim grabbed my arms out in front of me while I was laying on my stomach and pulled on them extremely forcefully, tearing tissue in my neck as a result) she said that this type of technique is not something done by massage therapists. In a recent follow-up appointment, my doctor confirmed this, saying that NO masseuse should be forcefully stretching peoples' arms out. Based on this, it sounds like Kim was not licensed to perform this maneuver, and therefore behaved negligently and irresponsibly.
While I'm sure that Kim has helped some people, due to my injury and the amount of time it is taking to heal (according to my doctor, the recovery time for muscle injuries can be lengthy depending on the scope of the injury), I will never get another massage from her again.
Concluding, I really wish time travel were possible so I could go back in time and warn myself about Kim. Booking that last appointment with her was one of the worse mistakes I have made in my life.
