Absolutely love my tech! Went today in celebration of mother’s day with my mom and had an amazing experience! My tech was Tommy and my mom had Kimmy. We both had the hot stone pedicure and was my first time have this experience. Tommy was very thorough and gentle the entire time to make sure I was enjoying myself. Very good on the massages and didn’t skimp. My legs feel very wonderful then when I first went in so big improvement! Will definitely go back again and request him and Kimmy. Very friendly and great on price!

Me and my daughters always recieve GREAT service here. The staff always remembers us and it is rewarding to get a small town feeling of welcome...from a nail salon that services many. Love the cleanliness and overall atmosphere. Thank you to each of your team members at Liberty West Chester!

Everyone there was so friendly!!! Susan did my nails and took the time to really go over colors with me and Tony was super friendly to talk to as he did a great job on my SIL's nails! We love going here, it's always super clean and the prices are great!

I was a little hesitant to go here given some of the reviews. Honestly I had a gift card and an upcoming vacation so I decided to give it a chance. I felt like the staff was very kind and accommodating. There were some things I didn't understand and they were willing to take time to explain it to me, which most salons just express irritation and become impatient with you, I did not experience that here. I thought the staff was very friendly. I had opted for gel acrylic, but loved a color on the wall for it, multiple staff members helped me search for the closest related color and I absolutely loved it. They could've easily said "no we don't have gel in that color" and left it alone, but they went out of their way to help me get the color I was looking for. I only did four stars because I felt like the pedicures were over-priced. A basic is over $30 and I didn't feel like my feet left any smoother or "pampered" than when I left. She did fine on the paint job. I almost wish I had opted to just do them myself or go to a more budget friendly salon for my toes. A lot of people said that they felt hurried or rushed... I felt like they moved quickly but I never felt rushed. She checked with me before every step, making sure I liked the length, shape, color, etc. I was pleased with my visit and I would definitely consider them in the future.
