I was referred here by a long time customer of Tweet's. Tweet started off doing my nails, and we never had any problems or anything. She eventually pushed me off on Maria, which was cool the first time because it worked better for my scheduling and hers because she was able to do nails while I was getting a pedicure. I've never seen Tweet stand up to do nails while back person is getting a pedi. Plus Maria did a good job. Then, the next time about two to three weeks later, I returned for a fill. Tweet told me that Maria was going to do my nails again. I understand some techs do not want to go behind others, but don't have me sitting in a nail shop for nearly 3 hours waiting to get my nails done when I'm REALLY YOUR customer. She did about 4 walk in full sets while I was there....waiting. I had to wait because Maria had two customers ahead of me both with full sets AND pedicures she had to do. Then Maria said she had another appointment that was coming.. meaning I would be sitting there an additional hour or so. I think as the owner of the shop Tweet shouldn't have had a lady who is 6 months pregnant sit in a shop just because she doesn't want to go behind someone else's work. I lost a lot of respect for her. Oh, and to make matters much worse, I had bragged on the shop and invited my coworker and her daughter that day. So, that's two more full sets and two more pedicures that I had brought them that day. They won't be returning either just seeing how I was treated as a customer of nearly a year. Then, Tweet and Maria had an argument because I said I wouldn't come back the following day. And after Maria's "appointment" no-showed I wouldn't let ANYONE do my nails. I WAS OVER IT! I just waited on my coworker to finish and left. The only reason I would visit again would be to get the older lady to do my pedicure. She's amazing and takes her time. Unprofessional and poor customer service at it's finest.

My nails are always on point. I love Marie. Sometimes they are extremely busy and they may go a little fast on your nails and miss a few spots. The lady that does my pedicure is awesome! Prices are reasonable. These are my real nails so I just get an overlay. Overall it's been an awesome experience don't want to go anywhere else.

Best nail place ever I’ve been going there for three years already and everyone there is wonderful they do an awesome job they take good care of you me and my fiancé love the staff they are very friendly I really recommend this nail place great job best place ever!!! I always come out with a smile completely satisfy and my nails looking all good!!!! I love this place!!!

Go to D Crown Nails in Garland........ I use to love this shop. Since I was 16 years old I stayed loyal to Twee's business for 9 years. During that time prices started going up and quality went down drastically. Nails were to thick, shape not right, not many colors to choose from and literally was reminding them to do my massage when I got pedi. And they get mad and say your difficult to please when you complain.. One time they forgot my massage and I reminded them and they was like "Just get your nails done and we'll do it after cuz we're busy." Never got my massage and they still made me pay full price.. So I stopped coming for about 2 years after that... I went there was about a 6-9 months ago to get a full set and pedi and nothing has changed. They were busy and the lady that did my pedicure was literally done in 10 minutes and my nails was not to my liking and they cut me... I was completely done after that.... I've been going to D Crown Nails in Garland for about 3 years now and I've never been disappointed. Even if they are busy you still get a good 20-30 minute pedi with a good 10 minute massage and they never rush your nails or your feet. If they are busy they are honest about the possible wait time and they serve you drinks and wine during your stay. Prices are higher but the quality is high too.

The nail tech named Lee did my nails on a Saturday. The following Friday at work my nail came off. I want back to show him my nail came off, I ended up going to another spot to fix my nail. I will not be returning to the place.
