I was a walk in the 1st time. The place was so busy. Sang did gel on my fingernails. It was a great job lasting 3 1/2 weeks. Never even chipped. I went again & again busy. Another great job. I am sticking with Best Nails! I especially like that they have 2 UV driers for each hand for each person.

I have been to nail shops all over the country. I was traveling in San Diego and this shop was terrrible. Rude, in a hurry and horrible job on my cuticles and when asked to fix the problem they acted like it was an imposition to do a decent job. Never fixed the issues when asked.
Wish I had gone someplace else.

One of the best pedicures I’ve ever gotten! The foot/leg message was amazing! The staff was very attentive and the price was very affordable. I highly recommend going here.

I came to them twice to get my nails done and the first time they told me they were busy that only the man knew how to do nails to come back in the morning so i did they turned me away again and said sorry we're too busy! This was at 9:00. I sat and waited no one came in at all! They weren't friendly to me at all! Which was weird since a lot of people in Encinitas recommended that i went to them. I feel like it was because im a black woman!

Tha absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. My cuticles were not removed properly and when I asked for them to be cleaned, the manicurist shrugged me off and muttered that I “had a lot.” Hence why I am getting a manicure! She did not buff or even out my nails. No cleaning, no hand massage, and left polish on the sides of my nails. Terrible and unapologetic! Skip this salon.
