Went in on Sunday February 16 for a full set. Luke was off so I accepted anyone since I had not been to this location. Was seated with Kevin in which while the nails were beautiful, they were way too thin for the length I got. By Wednesday February 19 broke a nail while I was just scratching my arm. Came in on Thursday, got it fixed with someone else and even he pointed out to another coworker how thin they were. Friday another nail broke while I was getting dressed but was out of state and couldn't get it fixed. Sunday another nail broke while unpacking and Monday another nail broke once again while getting dressed. Just called to explain this and hopefully will be in on Thursday or Friday to fix and hoping I dont get charged. Will of course tip technician who fixes my nails and update review then. Update: went back on Thursday (less than 2 weeks from my original appointment) to get them fixed with Luke. I called to schedule my appointment for 6:30 (right after work) I got there and he was still with another client and didn't get started with me until 7:10. So he left me waiting for 40 minutes. I had him completely fix the 3 broken nails and add acrylic to the others so they wouldn't break easily again. After everything he still charged me for a refill, so I did pay but I will NEVER go back to this place again.

I will start this by saying I am a day one customer. I went in 3 weeks ago to get a color change on my toes and a gel fill. I usually get the same color. They were out of the nail color. The nail tech said I have a color that will match your toes. I went along with it thinking she is the expert. The light is dim in the salon so you really couldn't tell it was off. When I left the salon I looked at my nails and toes and the color was way off. I had somewhere to go so I couldn't go back in. I called Susan and told her the color was off and she tried to blame it on me that I picked the nail color and I didn't she suggested it. She told me she was busy and to come back the next day. I arrived the next day, and she tried to get someone else to change my toe color. The toe color was fine it was the nails. The toe color is what I usually get. We went back and forth about this issue in front of other customers. It was a very unprofessional experience. I had a special event and she ruined it. I spent $60 at Diva nails that day. I had to go to another salon and get my nails fixed and changed. I'm disgusted and never going back. I will warn others as well about this unprofessional place. They don't deserve one star, but in order to post this review you have to give a star.

I don’t like leaving negative reviews because I feel that is when majority of people tend to write reviews but I do have to give this place a one star. I went in for a full set prior to her filing I told her they were crooked she said she wasn’t done ok I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I left with crooked nails, she did not clean under them, she did not cut my cuticles, she didn’t even put lotion on my hands or massage them. Best part ! Because I questioned the uneven lengths she had the never to ask me to pay before she painted them but no one else was asked this. That was the worst services I have ever received in 13 years of getting my nails done.

I used to come here faithfully from opening. Last 4 times I went, the polish would always peel or chip (I had gel!) and their excuse was that my nails were too long and aren’t properly drying under the light. My nails would break easily, as well. I have a job that is literally me typing on a computer all day, and by the end of my 2 weeks, I would have at least 3 broken nails. I started going to pinky’s down the street and I have had no issues. Diva nails is using “watered down” nail polish and making the acrylic extremely thin on your nails. I used to love going there. It was a wrap when I last went and they rushed through my pedi and mani (weren’t closing for 3 hours) And had someone clearly not trained, doing my daughters nails. And of course, the polish peeled off her nails in two days.

I went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. Christina did good on my pedicure. She did my manicure as well. One of my nails was breaking while she was painting them. I asked her to cut it, she said after she finish. Before she completely finished my nails she got up and walked away, never said anything to me, and never came back. Another girl came over to finish and had no clue what she was doing. Gel polish always last me never chip. My polish was chipping 3 days later. Nails were really dull. Come to find out they had never put a top clear coat, which caused them all to chip. A few days later when I got the chance to go back in, they wanted to charge me for they're mistake. Worst customer service ever!
