Amazing experience. Lily is incredible at what she does, detail oriented (which I love) and listened to all my picky requests, and I had a lot of them!
I ended up not liking the color the first time I went so I popped in a few days later and she carefully removed the color and changed it, totally understanding why I wanted it changed.
For info, I got gel X and I’m extremely happy with it.

They didn’t remove my existing Gel manicure correctly and now most of my normally healthy nails are breaking off!
I remember she didn’t wrap them in foil w/nail polish remover and just started using an electric file on my nails. She was gentle but then kept going really low. Finally I said “ Why didn’t you soak and wrap my nails in remover and then manually scrap most of the gel polish off? Why so much electric filing?”
She then wrapped the last 3 nails in foil and finished. “. My nails are soft now and fragile and ruined, only went once. Never again. Ruined my nails.

Very annoyed at the moment. The guy I specifically asked for was “sick” today, but when someone else called for him I heard the lady tell them that he was out for the whole of next week? I feel like I was lied to honestly. Just left and the only reason this place was positive was because the lady who helped me was very kind and I know she tried her best. I have to say it took 2.5 hours to do a short, square, acrylic nail FILL. I specifically asked the lady not to file my nails too much as I don’t like when they feel brittle if I choose to get them off. She filed them so thin to where it was painful and it got to the point where I literally BEGGED her to be gentle. The lady who was doing my nails got up half way through to do another girls upper lip wax and left me sitting there for 10 minutes. She came back and her hands were sticky. Considering the times with COVID and the pandemic, I found this HIGHLY unprofessional and unsafe. They look rather lumpy and and every nail is shaped different. I kept trying to suggest how to fix things and it just wasn’t being done. The lady also nipped my cuticle in two areas and e-filed so much that the skin surrounding my nail AND underneath my finger feels raw. I tried so hard to get the issues I wanted to be fixed and kept pointing out things I didn’t like (I am not a picky person) but I could tell she just wasn’t understanding what was wrong with them. I had other errands I needed to run after the appointment and i anticipated it to take no more than 1.5 hours. The appointment took up my entire morning. 9-12. So upset. Even if I soak them off know they will be thin and brittle so i don’t know what would be more upsetting for me.... to keep them on or to take them off?

I’ve been here multiple times and have had great service every time. The first time I went, they greeted me right away and sat me down even though they were very busy. I was impressed that my nail tech did not hurt me in any way, even though I’m very sensitive and almost always end up with cuts on my cuticles. Not only was the service completely pain free (for the first time in my life!) but my nails were perfect. Gel was not too thick (like my last nail place) and it lasted weeks! I continue to request Ben for my gel manicures, and it comes out perfect every time!! To top it off, the prices are super reasonable for the quality.
