I have heard many good things and am confident there are talented workers here. But, I have heard things that concern me as a nail tech.

We were greeted friendly enough but then it changed to feeling like we were a burden. Joe never said a word to me during my pedicure he just kept looking around and the girl who was doing my husbands asked if she could do someone else. He asked for callous remover and she said he didn’t need it. I realize we have ugly feet. They did a great job making us feel unwelcome. I whisper to my husband don’t tip them well but they each got ten dollars they didn’t deserve. Chelsea tried hard I will say that. Maybe our next visit will be better.

Terrible staff and atmosphere, I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff just for asking for a service and the lady literally didn’t say one word to me. She only rubbed my feet for about 30 seconds and was so rough with my cuticles that they were stinging. Will not return.
