I’ve been coming for years. So I only use certain manicurist for my mani-pedis. For example I use one woman for my hands and another for my feet. The ladies are all very capable but some do one task better than the other.
Would’ve rated 5 stars if they would let me sit in the massage chair/foot soaker a bit longer. Seems they’re always trying to rush you out as soon as possible.
Don’t be shy here is what I learned. If you want to soak longer or want something done a certain way don’t hesitate to let it be known.

Don't come here if you are a woman of color. I came in today for a manicure and they told me they were too busy to help me however welcomed other non black women as i was leaving. I am so disappointed that this has taken place.

Even though I made an appointment I had to wait 40 minutes and still was not able to get the pedicure and gel nails at the same time...waste of time...

They scraped really deep into my natural nail trying to shape it. I didn't even get one nail tech. they kept on moving me around every 8 minutes so it was hard to get comfortable. They were filing down the plastic nail when i told them it was a bit crooked. they told me they would fix it later on, but even after all the acrylic was in it was still crooked. I told one of the women again and she told me it was my finger that was crooked, not her nail job. My nails started popping off within 5 days. $30 in the trash...

This place not good I don’t recommend it to no one to go there they don’t know what they doing at all I give it many chances not only one time two times and every time I go I leave un happy
