This was my second time coming to this salon, and this time they were almost 10 minutes late opening up, but that wasn't the problem. I asked, Can I change the shape of my nails from square to coffin? The husband said no, it would look ugly. While the husband was doing my refill, he stated that he noticed my nails didn't grow out much after a month, and it's because I was unhealthy.Knowing that I was healthy informed him that I was healthy and how I knew I was. He then replied, "He's been doing nails for a long time, and when nails grow this slowly, it's unhealthy and may have cancer." Now that he had others' attention, I became embarrassed, found myself defending myself, and felt uncomfortable. Once the conversation was over, I told him I didn't like how blotchy my nails looked, and he tried to fix this problem by putting a lot of gel polish over it, but I still wasn't satisfied. I left knowing I was going to get them fixed at another salon, so I didn't complain anymore. I just know I'm never going back here. The wife does nails well, but the husband needs to just stop. She needs to find help.

I asked her to recreate a set I found on Pinterest with minor modifications… was reasonably priced. She exceeded my expectations & even went a little above & beyond without me asking! Will definitely keep visiting.

I went there for the first time tonight with my sister based on our mother's plus several aunts and grandmother's recommendation. Well my sisters service was excellent and so was my pedicure service. The trouble and disrespectful drama came from the manager who so eagerly sat me down in her chair. I thought this should be easy I don't need tips I have my own natural length nails and they have grown quite a bit so I'll take a the natural solar overlay and if like to round my nail tips (Round) not angel, slant curve or anything else strange that would require a you to go to any great extremes. I showed her a picture from a friend page who is a nail technician. She said oh sure no problem. Then she proceeded to file off my old acrylic. I watched and waited to see what she came up with. Everything looked if but I gave her a chance and explained that she was making the nail bed to thick and heavy with acrylic (it looked like egg) she told me to relax she would shape it once we moved to the pedicure chair. I waited and while she attempted to offer extra services to my already destroyed nails that she some how mange to shape EVERY SINGLE ONE CROOKED and even left some parts of the nail to show. She got up said a few words to her employees and went to the back for 20plus minutes I asked the very sweet lady who was doing my pedicure if she could just ask another tech to just service me. She said she was the manager so no she would have to come and fix them so just relax and enjoy my massage until then. The manager returned she was all set for designs and sticking me under the UV. I called my sister over so a second pair of eyes could see and explain it to her. She got an attitude and told me to come back over to her table she then asked us to show her under the light. When we pointed out to her that every single nail on my hand was crooked or shaped at an angle or missing acrylic she said it wasn't her fault but fault of whoever did my nails last because they put my tips on crooked. I told her that wasn't at all possible because the last person to do my nails was me and I don't have tips as she could see when she filed the acrylic off my hands when I first sat down in her chair. Then she also made the statement well it was because she had to do a fill and not a full set I told her nonsense because if all my nails were crooked she would have told me that when I first sat down and offered to fix it just like she offered every other service. She began to say whatever never mind I'll fix it then told her co-worker in a language unknown to me that nothing was wrong and it was BS I told her I feel the same way she then snatched my hand and began to file the acrylic roughly and squeeze my fingers I told her to stop what she was doing & let my hand go and let me pay for my pedicure because I no longer needed her services she began to get Rowdy and ask why what's the problem I told her the problem is you keep making excuses instead of fixing the problem that you created because again I don't have tips the acrylic that I did have on my nails when I came in you filed off and since you want to sit here and be rude and snatch my hand I'm just going to go ahead and pay for my pedicure which I love she said that's fine hurry up and pay and leave all the while this was happening though her employees we're coming and rubbing on my shoulders and rubbing my back trying to calm me telling me it was okay but it will never happen to me again and I'm going to ensure that I stop everyone in my family who has made this their new place of business to never go there again. If she wasn't there it would be a great place ! She sits in the first chair to the left of behind the counter when you walk in. Do not go to this woman. And the worst part was we weren't going to go in at first but she the manager came out and flagged us down to come in. That should have been a sign to drive away then! Just shameful but the minute you get irrate it becomes a problem. So again I say just stay away unless she is off that day then do go right on in!
