Extremely disappointed. Went in for a nochip. Literally the sloppiest job I’ve ever had. She did it extremely rushed and it was so uneven, you could see thru the polish. That same day it started lifting from the bottom I went back a few days later and she tried telling me that I peeled them off, and that I might of done it because I didn’t like the color. With an attitude she said she could redo them again. I said yes and they were just as bad the second time. Started peeling off the next day.

Seriously, pathetic. Came from out of town needed to kill time and wanted a nice relaxing pedicure.. I sat there in silence no music no tv and I was the only person in there besides the lady doing my toes. I could’ve had any inexperienced person paint my toes and have them look exactly the same if not better. Paid for the extra massage to kill time... still the shortest pedicure of my life and terrible massage. Waste of money. As I’m leaving she doesn’t offer to have me sit under a dryer or anything... expected me to walk outside in the foam flip flops they give you (mind you, it’s snowing). Not recommended at all. Not sure how this place is still in business looking at the other reviews.

Unethical place! My daughter wanted a no chip polish only. She only had $20 to spend so we tried this place. The attendant was literally making prices up. The sign said one thing...she gave us another more expensive price. When I questioned her...she pulled out a canister with a new sign and said she didn't have time to put it up. Too bad...you have to honor what the current sign says. Not like she was doing anything before we walked up...she could have put the sign up. Then she tried to say ok...but it was priced per hand! What?!?!?! Who gets one hand done. She was clearly trying to rip my 12 year old daughter off. I wouldn't allow my daughter to give that place a dime even if she would have agreed to a cheaper price. Went to our regular lady and told her what happened. They happily gave her a no chip manicure for $20. We will keep our business with Valley Nails. I am trying to find out how I can notify corporate of this unethical behavior but haven't found a contact for this chain. No stars if possible.

The quality of work here is very low and the prices are higher than average. I received a full set with no-chip polish and the job was done quickly (done in 20 minutes) and very sloppily (the shape wasn't uniform, the paint was uneven and didn't cover the entire nail on some). Also, the main woman who works there is very impersonal and lacks any welcoming qualities. She clearly has no interest in maintaining customer service or a welcoming attitude.
