Very iffy when it comes to this nail salons customer service and work. Sometimes the nail techs are nice, sometimes they have a bad attitude, especially if you try to correct them if they mess something up. They are pretty good when you both have a good understanding though. I’ve dealt with Kim (always seems like she has an attitude with me, didn’t talk to me, but did a very good job with my full set), Bebe (a few nails broke two days later, but very nice and fixed the nails), and Candy (very nice, great with pedicure). Overall they just need to work on their craft a little more and some of the techs customer service skills.

They are good at what they do! They're very nice! And reasonable prices. Will go back.

I have had pretty good experiences the last couple times I went but yesterday. The owner is the only one who speaks English. I asked for a manicure but I told her I wanted a French tip. Now part of that was miscommunication on mine & her parts. We both misunderstood what each other meant. However she tried to charge me $13 for the manicure then another $35 for the French manicure with fake tip. Even though I told her I wanted a fake tip on my nails. I paid the $13 & gave NO tip. Not happy at all about the experience I had this time around AT ALL.
