Made me wait 2 and a half hours for my mother, myself and my kid to get service. The owner did not want to stamp out frequent visitor card for 2 adults even tho there were 3 of us she stamped our card as a one person visit. We got there 4 PM we left out after 830pm. The one Asian lady was upset after she painted all on my skin instead of just my big toe. Why you mad for messing up in services I paid for?Unacceptable not only that I came back the next day BIGGEST MISTAKE. Once again it was a long wait n no one acknowledged for 45 minutes so I left. You know I miss the old crew. The one lady who used to do my eyelash years ago left after new owner took over along with one or two good people. Not too fond of the owner, the Asian guy who looks mixed with the tattoo funny but also always talking behind the customers back like the rest of then then crack a joke with you the next minute at the same damn time. I been coming there since 2009. I thought I can hang in there with new management but I'm good yall are cheap but I'd rather go elsewhere to pay more for better service and more respectful workers who are worth the service I paid for. Plus I noticed you all don't clean pedicure station and tools properly. I wish I could have brought my own tools. Very disgusting for service with attitudes. No Thanks I'm out🤭✌

I stopped going here for a while due to poor service after Tee left but i went back yesterday and when I say I am beyond happy with the tech Mercedes! She did an amazing job on my nails. They were beautifully shaped and polished. I will most definitely be going back to her from now on.

Mercedes gives a fantastic pedicure. She was efficient, but not rushed, and it turned out beautiful. The polish color selections are vast and well organized, with plenty of options for everyone. This was my first time at this salon and I'll be going back.

They are Horrible don’t ever waste your time going there🤬🤬they try to charge my daughter 30 dollars for a refill until I ask them how ? The sloppy with doing the nails .. not to mention they charge my child five dollars to shave gel nail polish off . sorry never been to a salon that did that now soak something different but shave nooo good luck with them and I try them two times and still haven’t change I will NEVER go back
