I really love this nail salon! They give the best manicures/pedicures and the price is the best I've found around Charlotte/Matthews. I was pleasantly surprised to find they have a 20% off special right now (7/28/17). Tammy is excellent!

I went here for the first time hoping to try SNS because of the great things I heard about it from a friend. When the owner of the place put gel on the top coat it felt weird to me but since it was my first time I wasn't sure so I didn't say anything until the UV light started burning my nails but she told me this was normal. My nails came out looking lumpy and begin cracking the very next day. I called and was told to come in but was treated rudely the entire time. I am a very calm easy going person but if I feel someone is getting mistreated including myself I will stand up for what is right. The owner and I argued back and forth in front of customers because she requested I come back the next morning in order to finish the process of getting my nails removed (which they had already started) so they could redo them. It was a Friday night and they were getting ready to close. I was so upset. I will NEVER go here again. The owner is so rude and lacks professionalism and skills.

I had a gel manicure and it has been two weeks with no chipping!! Ladies are friendly and did a great job on my mani pedi!

If there was a way to rate negative starts I would. Went with mom and sister to get manicure and pedicure. It was a joke and disgustingly filthy. They sat down my sister and me and made my mother wait. Took other customers that came in after us before her. The pedicure was the worst I have ever had! The women painted my whole toe! Then wiped it off leaving paint on skin still. The manicure went even worse. A simple nail gel manicure. My poslish is streeked and uneven. It took over an hour. And there are bubbles and ripples. The workers did not care to fix them they were too busy socializing and baby sitting the kid running around. The sanitation was shockingly lacking. They USED THE SAME sanding heads that were used on OTHER PEOPLE and were coated in nail powder. They did not spray or soak any of the tools. It was horrifying. I want to soak in lysol. It was awful and I do NOT recomend it.
