Will not be going there anymore. It was very hard to understand what the man was saying and he did not do what I requested even after showing him a picture. My nails looked so bad and only last less than 2 weeks. The whole time he was doing my nails he was talking to the rest of the employees, laughing and stopping mid service. I got to the salon at 11:20am and went home at 2:10. They were short staffed and super busy. The light peach color nails is what I requested and the other picture is what he did. Go somewhere else 🤦🏻♀️

The nails came out nice but all the other negative reviews are right, their customer service reeks. They come off as rude and impatient when you don't understand what they want you to do with your hands because they can't communicate in English clearly. They're also pretty rough when they file your nails to the point that they bleed and feel super sore. Not coming back. Save your money for a well respected nail salon with good reviews that deserves your money.

So disappointed, I went there looking for a new place to get my nails done. The service was horrible, save your money and look for a better place. The guy that helped me is very young and doesn’t have a lot of experience. I asked for coffin shape and they don’t look coffin. when he put the nails polish on my nails they looked very clumpy, I told him and he said is because you didn’t get gel polish. I replied “but I always get regular polish and I never have this problems”, he looked very annoyed. He replied well if you want to change the color you need to pay “ seven dala more” he didn’t put the clear coat on my nail. All the other place I have gone if you don’t like the color and I say something they change it for me.

I’d give Zero stars if i could. The service was HORRIBLE. The nails were crooked, they cut more near the cuticle, we were helped by a lady and then we got moved to a guy.. first time and im really disappointed

I have my guy i go to he does a pretty good job on how he does my nails and a lot more nicer than the other guys there...once i get his name ill come back and edit other wise im content with my nails 💅
