I can only rate pedicure experience. Not many color choices, colors not organized. Woman who did my pedicure was quick and efficient - I would have liked more massaging and more attention. The pain job was under par. She painted my cuticles and left bubbles in the paint job. When I asked her to fix, she seemed annoyed. One salon worker was on speaker phone loudly and he even had a customer at the time! My first time here. Will be my last.

Honestly, I've never had an issue here. Yes, it's not a fancy place - and they are pretty quick, without any pampering I've received in other salons ...but I've always been happy with my gel tips. I do (usually) to the same person, who I would follow if he left, but the others were almost as good. Never a problem, and happy with the results. They last, look great and no pain/etc.

I went three times in the last several months. Each time I had different grumpy attendants. The first time I was given a pedicure by a very miserable woman then I had acrylic nails done by someone who was forcing me to get gel nails and I wanted just acrylic nails I don't understand why they have that on the menu when they force you to get gel?! Then the next time I went I had a man who kept forcing me to get the gel nail also and told me that my nails are too short that I look like a man?! He also kept yelling at his kids in the back. Poor kids - probably have to stay there all day. The next time I went.. I'm not sure why I went again… But I made an appointment and had a very busy day and when I arrived they said can you come by later this afternoon ? they only had two people in there!? When I said no I was very busy, they never apologized or offered anything else for me so I left and said I would never come back.
I went to west Milford nails and had a pleasant experience
They took me right away and I was done by the time I needed to be done for my next appointment. They were very friendly and her salon is clean and beautiful

Have gone there several times in the past few months. They are very pleasant and do a great job on both pedicures and gel manicures. I'm pretty picky and would never go back if I wasn't completely satisfied. The salon is very clean.
