I live in the neighborhood and I pass this place alll the time. Every time I walk in I turn right around because by appearances this place looks ratchet. After leaving work today I decided that I was too tired to walk the 8 blocks to my normal spot so I finally decided to give this place a try.
Cons:
This place is basically what everyone has said.
1) The pedicure chairs are too close to people’s faces in the waiting area. No body wants to be sitting with feet in their face.
2) Flip flops and foot scrubs aren’t sanitized before use. Heck the soaking bowls are barely sprayed with whatever is in the spray bottles before you put your feet in.
3) The ventilation is extremely bad. You get hit with the chemical smells the entire time. They need windows or a better ventilation system.
4) it can get crowded. It’s a small space
Pros:
1) The lady (Cindy) who did my pedicure was probably the best I’ve experienced. She was very very detailed and efficient. She even stood up to scrub my feet with good man power.
2) prices. Probably the cheapest in Brooklyn for $14 pedicures.
3) even though they don’t clean the flip flops, you’re feet are washed before you put them on.
4) All the tools are sanitized by machines. This was the reason I’ve avoided this place but I was happy to see her pull the tools from the heater.
5) The massage chairs are relatively new and actually work unlike the place that I normally go to.
Overall this is a cheap/ dive no frills place. I haven’t had a manicure but if I ever decide to I’d bring my own polish. Again this place is no frills.
Would I go back again. Definitely.

Horrible service. Save yourself the money, the pain, and the disrespect. The lady cut me open three times and didn’t even finish. Yet they charged me full price and my nails are not even done. I literally walked out there with no paint on my hands because she was so rough and then began to laugh and speak about Me in mandarin. They were all laughing while I’m near tears BC i couldn’t believe it. Another customer gave me alcohol pads BC I was bleeding and honestly the workers could not care less. Please just go elsewhere.

Don't waste your time.
Outdated salon.
Old nail polishes, which barely fill up the nail rack.
Mediocre service.
I had to explain to the lady doing my pedicure that she cannot cut my cuticles on my toes without soaking and letting them get soft first.
I shouldn't have to tell them this!
After i was done with the crazy pedicure i was told to sit down for my filling. which was with the owner.
The owner (old man with glasses) was reading a newspaper..... and had me sitting in the chair for minutes, before I had to let him know like hello I'm waiting to get my nails done! he VERY rudely told it was his break time! I should have walked out then.
I proceeded when i asked him to fix my cracked nail with more acrylic because he only added a tiny ball of acrylic he got an attitude and told me he's been doing nails for 20 yrs. If this man has been doing nails for 20 years i shouldn't even have to point out major flaws in your work. When you complain at a place your spending money on you want them to fix it with a smile on their face, i wasn't being excessive I just want my nails done right not half assed! These people are lazy and will never get my hard earned money again. They just rush your nail job and have you leaving with less money and a nasty job that wasn't worth the money you spent.
THESE PEOPLE DON'T DESERVE OUR MONEY AND BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!! I recommend *BLING BLING NAIL SALON* ON NOSTRAND AVE. YES ITS FURTHER AWAY FROM HERE BUT ITS WORTH IT
(B44 SELECT BUS TAKES 20 MIN).
THESE PEOPLE AT THIS PLACE DON'T RESPECT YOU AND YOUR MONEY. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!
