Had the most amazing gel manicure the other day. The girl who I had suggested a more natural gel that they now offer for no additional costs. She made my nails look perfect and gave the best massage. Love this place.

We have gone here for years and it has rapidly gone downhill. The polish jobs chip, the massage is barely a massage and they were so quick to scrub my heels today it was barely worth it. Really depends on who you get but not worth it. Was great when they opened.

Just came from Aroma Nails...went there fo the first time and the last... Such unprofessional enviroment. I was planning on having manicure and pedicure. The technician was very young but skillful. When she finished my pedicure she left me for another costumer. Not a word of explanation...I was sitting there like a "lost soul" when another technician came and started to cut my nails. Not even asking what shape I want... She acted right angry when I asked her about the other technician and she told me if I want her back I will have to wait for another 30 minutes. I understand they want to have more costumers but this is not the way how to do it. For sure I am not coming again.

Great place: great mani pedi's, very nice staff, lots of magazines, peaceful atmosphere, they even have a few free parking spaces (there are plenty of parking meters, too).

My wife went here for a pedicure. She works so hard, and I always want her to have a nice experience when she takes the rare moment for herself to go to a place like this. It made me so sad to hear how she was treated. They insulted her for having dry skin, instead of taking extra care of her. They yelled at her for not having done pre-treatment to make their jobs easier (as if she has time! And the whole point about going to a salon is to get everything done!) When they didn't do a thorough job on her heels, she asked for a little bit of extra work and they refused. She claims that their prices are a little bit lower, but it really isn't worth the abuse.
