I never thought I’d be a lash extension gal. I’m all about low maintenance and thought it would be too much upkeep. It turns out, it saves me time every day which is a luxury I wouldn't live without. Very sweet and caring staff that puts in the effort to accommodate my needs. I’ve been getting lashes since they opened shop and have had great experiences with all their techs. Kai is the gal I see most. She listens and puts so much care into understanding what I like and achieving it. Such a talent!

I’ve been part of the lash club for almost 3 years and can’t believe I’ve waited this long to write a review. Between the talented lash artists and high quality products my lashes always look amazing, even right before a fill. I get compliments all the time. Thank you Hello Birdie!

Friendly staff, cute and clean place. I have been a lash client of Kai’s for quite some time and will not go anywhere else. This girl knows what she’s doing and keeps my lashes looking and feeling great! Looking forward to my next appointment!

If you have allergies, please do not use Hello Birdie Services. I told multiple employees I was highly allergic to latex and they all said it will be fine! I got eyelash extensions on a Thursday and couldn't open my eyes on Saturday. Spoke with the owner after I had them and she had to call the manufacturers to make sure there wasn't any latex. She said she would send me a list of ingredients, which after five minutes of researching I found one of the ingredients is in latex. After going to urgent care to get steroids, being in extreme discomfort, and missing days of work I would have hoped they could have offered more than I'm sorry we couldn't have known. I truly hate to complain, but if I mentioned this multiple times why wouldn't they have tried a patch test or given me literally any information? Makes me think maybe the money is worth more than the clients well-being.

This place is very clean. They used disposable files and buffers. I really like the way they do my cuticles by using the machine, it feel very gentle compared to just using nipper. I would like to try their pedicure next time.
