The worst customer service. Very rude woman. Kim is the owner and sole worker mainly except when her sister comes to help randomly. She was very talkative and friendly first few visits, (3). After those she made me feel very uncomfortable. Very quiet. Her answers were short and to the point. I thought nothing of it first few times it happened. But she became colder and then started doing half fast jobs. And ignoring me completely. Then to being rude rough and painful. She has a very big shop. It is never busy. And I have a feeling it's how she treats her regulars. She is cold and rude. Almost as if you are a inconvenience. And she will make you feel like she does not want to do your nails. And this changed quickly AMD with no warning. I asked one of my friends who referred me to her if she still went there since she lived down the street. And she told me she stopped going because she felt ignored and like she was an inconvenience. Her own word, Kim was weird. She acted mean and ice cold towards her. So now I actually go to the nail place which is pack and smaller with more workers a couple buildings down from OK nails. That's how uncomfortable she can be. I will never go there again. And highly suggest another nail salon. OK nails is never busy and always empty. And I have a feeling you will be willing to wait for great service then the Kim treatment and wait. Hope this helps!

Good new owner and very clean everything remodeled nice new pedicure spa chairs nice people
