The lowest level of custom service ever! Truly thieves!
Double charged for a single service. Requested a refund for the double charge. Provided date of service, cost of service, documentation of charge, card # to refund. All of sudden the english language became too hard and the concept of refund for fraudulent charge was too hard to comprehend! Never refunded and lied to that charge would be refunded for weeks! Do not trust and very unsterile and dirty!

Obviously, last review went during old ownership. The new owners, Tony & Tiffany, run the most sanitary nail bar I've been to. All tools are disinfected or completely new. Price is cheapest around as well. Don't think you can find another nail bar that includes hot rock massage with every pedicure ($30) male mani/pedi) . I highly recommend the spa mani pedi as well ($60) (same spa mani at competition is $90/$100).
