Just popped in during a vacation in Steamboat. The salon was recommended by the concierge at The Grand. It was noon on a Saturday and while they looked busy, I only waited about 10 min before being seated. I got a shellac manicure and a spa pedicure for $65, plus tip. Only $10 more than at home in WI! Ngan did my pedicure and did an amazing job. Very thoroughly cleaned out all cuticles and nails (come on, you know they really have to get in there and not all do!) and did so painlessly. Polish looked perfect! Jasmine did my manicure and it was also well done. Looks perfect and very clean. The only thing missing was a hand/arm massage that usually I get. I would not hesitate to go here again when in the area. Be sure to bring cash!

I asked for a full set acrylic with REGULAR color ($40) and was charged $50 for a half way mediocre set. This is not the first time I was charged more than the advertised price and this is the third time this specific person over charges me for his work. From my understanding, service is already included into the $40 (the products used are in no way worth that much per customer) so your job IS TO DO WELL. I should not be over charged for something that you believe is done “better”. It is a shame this tiny town doesn’t have many options for a decent mani/pedi. I am very upset.

They fixed 2 nails very quickly and inexpensively. Saved a good part of a day during a vacation.

Large, open and bright you can simply walk in without an appointment and rarely have to wait. Comfortable massage chairs and all the latest pedi & mani paraphernalia and the staff is friendly and competent. But make sure you have cash, as no Credit Cards are accepted.

All of these staff do a great job. I have done drop in appointments for over 10 years. They are always friendly and professional. They do a great manicure, and pedicure. Very relaxing.
