Today was my first day at Pavo and it was a wonderful experience. I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know hairdresser David and I will be going back!! He was so incredibly easy and enjoyable to talk with. Very genuine and warm personality.
I only go to the hair salon to get rid of split ends, and sometimes at other places they cut it too much and I leave unhappy. This was not the case today; David was understanding of my desire to keep my hair healthy but long, and he did a great job with both the cut and my request that it be flat-ironed. Definitely someone who knows what he’s doing. Nice environment, too, and the Aveda products they use are wonderful.

Sarah did an awesome job with my cut and color. I’m a very low maintenance kinda gal and she listened so everything I asked for rather than trying to sell me on services and products that don’t fit my lifestyle. Definitely would recommend!

Always a good experience at Pavo. Rose is great at collaborating with me regarding the look I want. She listens, is thoughtful in her recommendations and does an excellent job every time.

Professional and friendly! My fist ever appointment and the stylist had to go home sick. But they called me as soon as they knew to reschedule or so with someone else that would be available. So I kept my appointment and still left feeling great! Hair cuts make me nervous, so I was glad to have people that really know what their doing. Unlike when you pay 5.99 for a cut. You get what you pay for!

My original stylist was not available but they were able to pair me with MacKenzie ( I think that was her name? ) who did a great job! So thankful!
