The technician was about to trim my cuticles when i saw that the cutter she was using has skin from a previous customer on the blades. It was not taken from the sterilizing solution and i made sure she went and grabbed all brand new tools.
The staff was friendly and it was a job well done, it is unfortunate that this is not z sanitary place.
