Great customer service, everyone was nice & friendly. However I received the worst gel manicure of my life. My pedi was perfect though (done by a different person)
The work was not neat, clumpy, & also a different color from my toes. I normally leave the nail salon feeling great, but this time I left extremely disappointed. I have done a better job painting my own nails. I was in a rush & gel also takes so long to remove so I just left. I do feel as though they are aware of the poor job done. My boyfriend even said my manicure was the worst he’s ever seen.

Terrible! I came for the first time for a fill in and pedicure. Within the first 10 mins 2 people came in complaining of there gel chipping. should’ve been a sign. First of all I paid $69 for a fill in and a basic pedicure. The pedicure was terrible and foot polish looked a mess. 2 days later I’m back because of course my gel polish chipped as well. They made me wait an hr while taking walk in customers before me. Never again!

I went to get my nail fixed. I usually visit another nail salon. She started my nail repair and says “where did you get your nails done” I told her. She says “oh no I can’t fix, we don’t have same color.” I would have got a color change.
She just got up and walked away! WE GIVE THEM TO MUCH MONEY FOR BAD SERVICE! It looks cheap inside and they use CHEAP POLISH! Horrible service

Im never going baxk to this salon. I read the reviews n still gave them a chance but when i went the painting job was HORRIBLE like my lil brother did it, then when i politely asked to fix it they got whiney asf amd redid my nails bout 4 times.Dont waste your money goin to this salon. And the nail polish chips easy n the products they have are cheap n not worth your money, dont say we didnt warn u.

Cindy n her crew suck. Please go else where. They will mess u up n tell you they can rechange or fix my damn hand. Girl bye..
