Over booking customers not a good idea booked a appointment for 5 pm there were ten of us out side awaiting service for over three hours

Jenny and Mike is the best. I've been going to this salon for over 12 years. I ride from NY just to get my nails done there. Yes it's that deep. Only con is the wait can be a pain but everyone loves them, so it's worth it.

What’s the point of scheduling appointments when they’re not on time and taking in people that come in without appointments been waiting almost an hour if I didn’t need my nails done I would have left. unacceptable !

Used to love this place... unprofessional seem like they only do pedicures ...Never have a Fingernail Tech. They always say she be in 15 mins and never show up..This place went DOWN HILL
