Attempted to find a time for a haircut with Heather, only to have the lady (Desk person, not Heather) on the phone be rude, short & sound like I was somehow annoying her. Heather is absolutely incredible, but whichever young girl picked up the phone not wanting to help, you should probably try a new line of work.
EDIT (6/20/2018): I updated my review from 3 to 5 stars specifically because of how fast Sandy was to get in contact with me and find out more regarding the individual that picked up the phone. She was an absolute joy to talk with and I am truly thankful for her commitment to fix this issue.

I’ve been seeing Emmi at the Donelson location for about 5 months, best decision I’ve made. My entire workplace go to her now, women and men! Highly recommend

I highly recommend Heather Waton at the Donnelson location! She did a fantastic job with both my cut and color. Then afterwards she asked me if I had time to let her curl and style it. I felt like a pampered princess when Heather finished with me!

First time to use them and not the best hair cut but the owner call to make thing right. She was very nice and I look forward to using them again.
