Very traumatic experience here. Left something very valuable accidentally, and was told it was being saved for me when I called. The package had the identifying address of where I got the package literally next door. When I called to find out when I could pick up they then told me it was lost. Attempted to reach owner through the association and the owner never returned my call. Will never trust this business again. They are comfortable stealing; the owner is uninterested...perhaps she/he are the thief.

I came to Haile Salon for the first time after I had a really bad haircut from another salon. I requested the appointment with Michelle because she was highly recommended by a customer at the Yelp site. I am glad that I followed that recommendation. Michelle did an excellent cut for my hair, and the best styling I've had in a long time. Plus, she is very friendly and she made me feel very comfortable. Also, the Aveda products she used are of a high quality. I will definitely continue getting my hair done by Michelle at the Haile Salon.

I love love love this place. If Gordon Ramsey came into this place he would be shocked in joy. I get my haircuts here by Russel but he has recently moved away to another place. The employees were phenomenal!
How would I know this? I lived within the village at a time and also my family used to own South Garden Restaurant within the village.

I was visiting a friend and was desperate to have my hair styled. I scheduled an appointment with Liv. She used two Aveda products on my hair after the washing. I decided to just let her go with it and see how it would work out. Liv did a fabulous job blow drying my hair. The products she used helped to keep the style and volume for at least four days. I was so happy. She is a very fine stylist.

I had previously received a massage at Haile Village Spa & Salon a couple of years ago, and recently decided to return for a haircut. I had been traveling to Mount Dora each time I needed a haircut, as I was nervous to change stylists. I booked an appointment with Melissa and was extremely impressed and satisfied with her service. She was very understanding of my reluctancy to have my hair cut by someone new and explained everything she was doing in detail. The results were fantastic and I will certainly be coming back to see her again. The Spa is beautiful and welcoming, as is the staff.
