Service was ok, they were nice but they don't understand English which makes it hard to explain what style of nails you want. It's kinda important to be able to communicate what you want and that they understand what you want. I told the technicician I wanted to match my friend, my friend was there in the salon standing right next to me, I grabbed my friends hand and I showed the technician my friends nails...she said ok..in the end it looked nothing like them! I knew she was having a hard time understanding my explanation, thats why I showed her my friends hand...didn't think it was possible to mess up after seeing exactly what I wanted. It was suppose to be gold at top that fades to my natural nail and it had small glitter flakes with bigger pieces of glitter on top. They ended up dipping my whole nail in glitter, I thought in the end they would fade it out or something but no. It was a completely different style of glitter too which ended up looking like a regular gold nail polish. I was like...um wait a second, this is not what I asked for. They said, oh she prolly didn't understand you....seriously..they didn't even say sorry or offer to fix them. Then on top of that they charged me $35 which is the cost for gel and I did not get gel, I got acrylic which they have a sign in their store that says $18 for acrylic. They over charged me, did not offer to fix my nails, I left not happy and they could care less I was unsatisfied. If your looking for a new salon to go to when you want your nails done, I would NOT recommend this place. Luckily, it was just a one time deal for me because I am from out of town, but if I lived there, I would not go again.

Absolutely horrible. Rude people, terrible service, and my nails look a mess. One technician was literally playing a game while doing my nails and messed them up. Another took my nail polish color away three times and then got upset that I didn't have my color. For your own sake, DO NOT GO HERE.

This nail salon was recently acquired by a new owner, and it has become one of the WORST nail salons that I have ever been to. The young lady that was my nail tech was sooooooo rude, and did a terrible job. She was so lazy that she filed and sanded my nails and immediately painted them without having me wash my hands. Because of this residue buildup, my gel manicure has only lasted 5 days and the paint is already beginning to peel off (I usually get a gel polish once a month, so this is pretty upsetting). If you are getting your nails done, I recommend heading over the bridge. This place is literally the worst.

Took my girlfriend here. They were very polite and attentive to her. And good prices too.
