My girlfriend received the worst experience at a nail salon and they offer her $1 off. They cut her pinky finger and repeatedly disobey her requests and they have the rude, officious idea to give a $1 discount. They might as well have laughed in her face for asking for a discount cause that is what their action conveys. The fact they cannot show the customer service skills, that many of these 5 stars praisd about during a time in which they exceptionally messed up, shows the lack of depth of their service. You want to go to a place that is well rounded and cares about their mistakes enough. Take your business somewhere else, you will be happier with that decision than to risk having a bad experience that won't have any bright spots from their effort to appease.

Just had a wonderful manicure with my sister. Our nail lady, My, was great and did a fantastic job on both of our manis. Will definitely be back!

Extremely friendly people. Very patient and talented. So gentle on my calluses. Mai is so very talented.
