They do a horrible job . Please don’t waste your hard earned money here unless you want lumpy , different shaped, pitiful polished nails .

This nail salon was a real disappointment. I was generous in giving it two stars. Customer service was mediocre. My friend and I were waiting well over an hour soaking our feet in cold water until we could get our pedicures (it took two hours!!!). I got a deluxe French pedicure, I like that style because it usually lasts well over 3 weeks. Well four of my nails the white tip has already scratched off and it's only a four day old pedicure. Don't waste your time here. Go to VN nails if you want friendly service and a top notch job! I won't make the mistake of coming to luxury nails again.

1 star is way more than I want to give! The people that did my wife and my pedicures caused both of us to get infected ingrown toenails! Not sure if the equipment wasn't sanitised properly or what but we will never go back here. Water was cold..None of the workers were talking to us as they do in most nail salons. Paid 35 for a sorry pedicure that was supposed to last 30 minutes but lasted 10. Would highly recommend nails by Mary in Hattiesburg in the Winn Dixie shopping mall area! They actually give u your money's worth!

I've been going here got several years. I've never been dissatisfied with the service I've gotten and everyone is so nice and friendly.
