Flower Is The Best In Raleigh, Funny And Knows What She Is Doing

I was a regular here until I had my baby, now my schedule doesn't really allow me to go as usual. I only make appointments with Flower, so I can't speak on anyone else there. She does a fast but great job. She can have me in and out before my lunch break is over and yet, I have no problems with my nails. I'm very picky about the shape of my nails, and she makes them almost perfect! I always brag about how I got my nails done a week before my baby was due, and they stated on for 4 weeks after! And the only reason they came off it because I had to take them off. Knowing that it would be a while before I could make another appointment.

She can do some nails. They charged me too much being my first time there. I paid 35 for nails which is ok but charged me 10 for eyebrows when they were to be 8$ with service.

My experience was pleasant and Flower did my nails beautifully just how I asked. I will return for a 2nd visit!

I have been a fairly regular customer for a couple of years. This past Monday I got my usual mani- pedi combo. Unfortunately, the technician clipped my finger with the cuticle clippers. He was able to stop the bleeding with some mystery solution ***(I was never asked if I was ok with it being applied or if I had any allergies.)*** My other concern was the unsanitary method he applied it, sans concern of ***blood borne pathogens.*** My finger is now infected, sore, red and swollen. My work schedule prevented me from returning before today. Flower's solution was to soak it in alcohol and apply more of the mystery solution. When I stated I deserve a partial refund she disagreed. If a customer is injured at an establishment because of no fault of their own they deserve a refund. It is disappointing that management has poor business ethics, especially after I have been a loyal patron for years. N
